Set Up Your Smart Lighting

Information on installation, setting up the lights with the Alexa app, and general installation tips.

1. Mount control box in desired location.

2. Slide two bar mounting clips onto each light bar.

3. Using the provided spacer, mount light bars and hold in place for 10 seconds.

4. Connect the control box to the first light bar, and the light bars to eachother, using jumper wires.

5. Connect the AC adapter cord to the control box.

6. Route and hide wires with wire clips and zip ties.

7. Plug in AC adapter to the power source.

1. Plug in the power cord into the control box. The Wi-Fi light will blink for 5 minutes, meaning PAIRING MODE is on.

2. Open your Alexa app, select Devices, and select the "+" button to "Add Device".

3. Select "Light" > Black+Decker.

4. Scan QR code on control box.

How to Use

Alexa commands

Since there's no third-party app required, you can connect to Amazon Alexa in seconds. After plugging in, simply add your lights as a device in the Amazon Alexa app or your Wi-Fi-connected Alexa-enabled device or Amazon Alexa app will automatically detect your lights for you!
